I had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to many popular tourist attractions, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast and had a great selection of dishes for special diets. I was impressed by the excellent service and the comfort of my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

No complains at all, I can't wait to come back. Rooms were good sized. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Arai Ryokan that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at a traditional Japanese hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing vegetarian meals upon request. the hot springs were a perfect way to relax after a long day of travel. the hotel was located near beautiful tour lines, offering great scenery. the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a lovely view of the surrounding area. the free coffee and massage chair available in the lobby were a nice touch.

The public bath at the hotel was on the small side, with dim lighting and limited amenities.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though we spoke different languages. The traditional Japanese-style dinner and breakfast were delicious. I also enjoyed wearing the yukata and going for a walk. The onsen was a great way to relax, especially in the evening when it was less crowded.

    Nothing, no complaints at all.

The authentic Japanese experience was a highlight. We enjoyed wearing the traditional yukatas and walking around the area. the 24-hour onsen was also a plus, giving us the chance to relax in the hot water without any crowds. the dinners were a unique and delicious experience.

The surrounding area lacked dining options and was quite remote, making it difficult to find meals outside the hotel. Some of the amenities in the public bath were limited.

    Nice
    6.8

The dinner and breakfast were delightful, with a variety of flavors that made my taste buds dance with joy. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of sightseeing spots nearby. One crucial aspect I liked was that we could wear yukatas and go for a walk, experiencing the traditional Japanese culture.

The onsen was quite small, and the public bath was dimly lit, not offering the amenities I expect for a hotel of this price range. Additionally, while the breakfast was a bit too traditional for my taste, I would have appreciated a more flexible schedule since the only breakfast timing was at 7.30am, which felt late on Xmas morning. Altogether, my experience at this hotel was mixed due to the high price and limited amenities.
